Is assembly good for design? Photoshop - multiple layouts, lots of tabs?
I want to build a powerful system for working in web design. Basically it is a lot of layouts and open tabs in the browser. Interested in your opinion - the ability of this system to reproduce what was conceived and be relevant for several years.

Not a lot of unbalanced build.
Taking a motherboard without the possibility of overclocking the processor and memory for the i3 8350K is irrational.
Either take the i3 8100 and leave this motherboard, or take the motherboard on the Z370 and leave this processor.
In general, for the price of the i3 8350K, you can take the Ryzen 5 2600, but apparently you will be sitting on the integrated video core. Then why not look towards the Ryzen 5 2400G? The same 4 cores, but already 8 threads and there is a built-in video core. in the future it will be possible to install Ryzen 7 2700 and a more powerful graphics card.
BP is really funny. Minimum 450-500W for stock.
