I moved the computer to a new apartment and now the checker does not beep when turned on and, accordingly, the PC does not turn on, took out two operata dies - everything works, when I insert four, nothing works. when two dice at the beginning gives an "overclocking error" and then Windows loads.
something like this happened a year ago, but then I just turned the computer around, twisted it and it all worked

Remove the battery, turn on the PC, then turn it off.
It helped me.
