Will Google get banned for video links on the app page on Google Play?

I want to post on the application page on Google Play links to videos with application instructions (personally filmed). Can they get banned?
And for the link to the video / channel in the application?

There is a field for adding a video about the application on YouTube. If for the game it is obvious that there should be gameplay, then for applications there will be just "workplay". In theory, they should not be banned if there are no other violations (it’s better not to play music stolen in the background, sell it only through their store and the like).
But I don’t advise you to add a link to the text of the application description. I got scolded the other day for a block of text with keywords saying "SPAM". Like, I'm trying to get views by adding left keywords to the description.
