I can't pay for a purchase on Google Play. I have never stopped buying, but then I decided - and it doesn’t work.
I link the card to VTB 24 Visa eCard, it is also linked to PayPal - everything is fine there.
The amount of payment in Google 164 rubles. on the account 178 rubles, when trying to pay, a response is received about the refusal of payment.
I buy Power Amp unlock.

On Google Play, $1 is withdrawn before the first purchase (then returned). Maybe that's why you don't have enough money. And so your card seems to work . Specifically, PowerAmp can be purchased directly .

The only application that I could not buy through Play is PowerAmp, I had to buy it directly. Sinned on the Hong Kong currency, but did not figure it out. But the player is very good, the updates are not critical, since the winter there weren’t really any.
