I hope that there are knowledgeable people and can help me.
I have 3 questions.
Question 1 - Need a program to control the time of the hairdresser.
As I imagine it, there is a small tablet in the workplace.
A saas-program with the following functionality is opened in it:
- screen 1: 6 buttons with the names of haircuts. When a client comes to the master and says how to cut, the master chooses the desired haircut.
- Screen 2: after the master has chosen a haircut, the start (start) and finish (end) buttons appear. The hairdresser before he starts cutting presses start, after he finishes he presses finish.
I need to receive information about the type of haircut and the working time of the master in some form, I don’t know yet in what form. But I imagine it like this - that the data goes to some kind of CRM, where I can then analyze everything.
Tell me if there is something similar on the market (as a ready-made solution) or if it needs to be developed. If you need to develop, how much can it cost and is it expensive?
Question 2 - I need software for a self-service terminal in a hairdresser.
The person at the terminal chooses a haircut and pays for it in cash (change to the phone) or by card. Plus, I want to introduce the ability to evaluate the masters on a second visit there. Well, you also need to send this data to CRM.
I found such a solution at one office for 20 tr per year for one terminal.
Others told me that the development will cost 100 tr, but at the same time you don’t have to pay annually.
I also wanted to know if these are real amounts? Or is it possible to find developers cheaper, or maybe there are similar ready-made solutions cheaper and better?
Question 3 follows from the previous ones. We need a simple CRM for analytics of the collected data - to show graphs, and I would also like to use it to calculate salaries for hairdressers.
What can you tell me which way to look? Or is it easier to sharpen Excel?

I use it (free version) in my work to track the time of work on projects, for example, you can name haircuts as clients, or as projects ... at least you can start , and then you still need to develop your program, the functionality is not complicated, I think it will not cost much, but there will be nothing superfluous and unnecessary.
