What system to record clients to use?

Tell me a service or engine for scheduling and organizing customer records. All platforms which saw - do not approach. I'll explain why.
There is a website where several different companies publish information about themselves and the services they provide. Let's say it's beauty elephants. Each salon has its own page on the site. So, you need to organize an appointment with any of their specialists on the page of this salon.
I see it this way. The company registers with us, through the API registration takes place on another service, and the client gets the opportunity to add employees and maintain their schedule, and site visitors can make an appointment with any employee at any salon.
Those services that I looked after registration allow you to record only for one company.
It's probably better to make your own recording service, but it's time consuming and at this stage it's better to pay for the service than write it yourself.
Perhaps there are some engines, ERP, CRM for organizing the schedule, which you can put on your hosting and set up integration. That would work too.
