Requirements:
Shared, separate calendar with the ability to set up notifications by mail or phone.
Keep a list of clients, who is responsible
Tasks
Keep a list of employees, when they leave, and the structure of the organization
Ability to upload files, configure access to it and edit without downloading the file, but it is also possible without online editing.
I came across Asteir there you can even do polls, it seems that nothing is more or less suitable, but unfortunately online and there is no way to install it on the server.
