Of course, they will ask for scans of the docks and anything else, they passed, especially if the account is created for one person and another pays for it. I highly do not recommend doing this - you won’t get any difficulties, and then this matter is under jurisdiction. With apple, everything is difficult in principle, even if you create such an account (individual) and then you want to change the name of the Test Test - you will be forced to create a new one - pay and transfer all applications.
