Can I re-release the game in the appstore?

There is a released game, with a bad start in the appstore. I want to improve it and re-release it with a different name, and delete the first version. How will apple react to this? Has anyone had experience?

There doesn't seem to be a complete uninstall, because those who bought the old version should be able to download it if it's uninstalled. But you can hide it from the AppStore. Such cases are plentiful. When I was developing, a similar question popped up.
But just in case, it would be nice to refresh the terms of the developer's license.
