BETA testing moderation passed, for external testers. Is this 100% what will happen for Production, that is, the main moderation? Or will the verification process be accelerated?

These two versions are not related in any way. Moreover, two ABSOLUTELY identical versions of the application are not even connected in any way. Inspectors are always different and they find fault in different ways. Here's how lucky.
UPD. There was even a case when it was necessary to re-upload an application already in the store. Rejected due to the use of private api. I had to rename some entities in order to pass moderation.

Checking is unlikely to speed up, but you can influence the check, for example, of a new version of an application, if you indicate that the version fixes a critical vulnerability or bug. The truth is, don't overdo it.
