Will duplication of blocks on the site hurt?

I am redesigning a site that now has 200 visitors a day. There is a main one-page page that describes the services in general, and there are sub-landing pages. There are more details about each service. The landing page has a link to sub-landing pages. The blocks "Order process", "Contacts", "Map", "Examples of work" are duplicated. Yandex will not perceive this as a duplication of content and will not exclude these pages from the index?
