Does having a mobile version of a Wordpress website affect SEO?

There is a blog on Wordpress, posts come out at 5-10 / per day.
I read that search engines love a site with a mobile version more than a site without a mobile version. versions.
This is true?
And by what % does the site's rating decrease if there is no mobile version?

It affects exactly, but only in mobile issuance. On desktop, there is no difference.
You can make a separate mobile version, or you can make an adaptive design.

Affects. But you want a responsive web design rather than a standalone mobile version.
No one will tell you by how many percent the position of the site decreases, everything is individual.

Yes, of course it does, not so long ago Google sent me a letter that the main mirror will now be a mobile version

Definitely affects, make a mobile version. You are already losing at least half of the visitors, in the future you will lose even more.
