Will broadcast packets reach within the same network, but to subscribers on different subnets?

So look: for android there is a talkie application (it's like whatsapp but on a local network) and broadcast packets are used to search for subscribers who are online. It was decided to use this inside the VPN network. VPN network does not prohibit subscribers to see each other and exchange information with each other. BUT: each vpn subscriber is assigned an internal IP like 192.168.8.x. or 192.168.10.x AND a subnet mask of 255.255.255.252. I was given ip 192.168.8.6 and the next one will be given 192.168.8.10 to the next ... 14 and so on. Question: will clients see each other through broadcast messages? Each client is on the same local network, but each has its own subnet.
PS: if you want, you can experiment: connect to the pptp vpn server (ip address 188.134.76.35, guest login password 12345). Download the application, go to network management, turn on the VPN, and see if I was found. My username in the program is QNA. And write me something. (Just don't call)

No. Broadcast packets do not go through the router. Set up multicast.

This will not work. Raise tap and bridge instances. Set the mask to /16 and then it will take off. Well, the ingenious prerouring and postrouting will then take off - but this is a crutch
