How to change VPN server port?

I am using pptpd on a server to create a VPN. Unfortunately the ISP where my client is located is blocking standard ports and I can't connect to my VPN server. Can I change the port to something else on this server? If yes, then where to do it?
Is it possible to change to port 80?

I don't think this will help:
PPTP uses: IP Protocol=TCP, TCP Port number=1723 <- Used by PPTP control path. IP Protocol=GRE (value 47) <- Used by PPTP data path.
If GRE is blocked, then changing the control port will do nothing. Switch to openvpn via tcp.

I would like such a provider. Otherwise, all the vulnerable ports are open!) openvpn sstp IPSec will save you honestly
