Will access to the file share through local and domain accounts work at the same time?

There is a file server on windows server 2012. It has local accounts. I want to add a server to a domain and gradually remove local accounts, replacing them with domain ones. The names may match.
1. is it generally possible to implement?
2. What difficulties may arise?

No problem. The name of the KM is YourDomait\UserName. In the case of a local account, the YourDomain role will be the name of the local computer.
