NoSQL

What NoSQL is there for Windows Server?

I am using Windows Server 2008 R2 with Microsoft Server 2012.
But I store some data in System.Web.Caching. Usually, frequently accessed data is stored there. But I read an article about NoSQL and thought, maybe I should use it?
In principle, Cache is enough for me, but NoSQL can be more reliable or faster, or some other pluses.
So 2 questions:
1) Should I use NoSQL?
2) What are some good NoSQL under Windows Server?

@gmlexx

1) NoSQL should be used when there is so much data that they can’t fit on one machine.
2) Cassandra is good enough and can run under anything that has Java
