Will a replacement hard drive with the same IBM labels but different manufacturers work?

Good day everyone.
There is a small question.
One disk failed in the DS3200 shelf, with the following parameters:
Fujitsu MBA3147RC
With the label "IBM e Server xSeries"
146.8 Gb
15k rpm
SAS
IBM Option: 40K1044
IBM FRU:39R7350
IBM P/N:26K5842
Found a similar disk of another to replace in the warehouse manufacturer:
Seagate ST3146855SS
And it has the same sticker, all the data is absolutely identical.
Question - is it correct to replace a failed disk with a disk of another model? Will this cause any problems in the future?
Thanks in advance.

Of course, I'm not a server expert, but ... if the disks are in a raid, then the new one should be at least as large as the old one.
According to the manufacturer ... and what the difference is in principle, the interface is the same - sas ... so it should work.
And the question is off topic - why were you even allowed to the server with such questions?)
