Yes, how much is the processor, 125 if I remember correctly? Another 75 for disks and the motherboard, 300 at the peak for the video card - you still have 100 left.
Another thing is that it is usually recommended to keep the PSU loaded at 75% or less, so it makes sense to invest in something more powerful if you have money. If not, then no.
In general, the video card for the rest of the system components is too powerful - either you have 4K, or you'd better buy something simpler. 2070 considered?

No, not enough - she has a consumption of 300 watts. Take from 750 watts PSU. SeaSonic, FSP Group OK.

I would recommend a power supply unit of at least 750 watts, Gold standard (Platinum is better, there is usually a difference of a couple of thousand rubles), of course, modular (with detachable cables), from some reliable manufacturer (for example, Corsair).
Simply, if you open the specification of any video card, the recommended power supply will be indicated there. For 1080ti it will be about 600 watts, for 2080i about 650 watts.
I don’t see any reason to save 2-3-5k rubles on a block if the video card costs 60-120k. Moreover, you have a stove instead of a processor, and this also consumes a lot. Take good components with a power reserve (about 30%) and enjoy working at your computer.
