How to set the resolution to fullHD if there is only a standard driver?

Is there any way to set the resolution to 1920x1080 on a computer with an Intel D2700 processor, there are no drivers for video under the eight.

The driver is responsible for issuing the picture, it is he who determines the resolution.
You can set any resolution that the driver supports.
The standard driver supports standard resolution.
