Let's imagine I created 2 - 3 sites of the same subject (game portal) and promote them by one keyword, but at the same time, I fill the sites with unique articles, videos and unique graphics. Are these sites considered affiliates?

You need to register domains for different names (for you or a friend, etc.), you need different hosting, if you use cms, then they must be different or you need to clean them (so that it is not clear what cms is), different contact details, the content itself is different and etc.
