Offers in schema markup?

SEO advice needed.
I install schema markup on the site, for services and goods that do not have a price, without specifying the offers field, I check everything is clean in the Google validator, in Yandex - the error "A mandatory condition for product snippets has not been met: the offers field is missing or empty." Should I use a zero price value in offers, or leave it as it is, or maybe it’s better to completely abandon the markup of goods and services without a price? Only SEO is interested, how such changes can affect promotion?

If the offer item is free, set it to zero. You can use minPrice maxPrice. If the price is negotiable, then it’s interesting how to do it according to Feng Shui.
