Why won't the Microsoft support forum let me in?

I've been trying to access the Microsoft support forum for some time now, and it tells me that I'm banned.
But in the right corner - not my nickname and avatar, and I was not banned.
I leave the profile - the same nonsense - it says that the account is blocked.
What can be done to improve this situation?
Here is a link to the support forum answers.microsoft.com/en-us/outlook_com/forum The
caption reads "Your profile has been blocked." and in the right corner the name of the user A. User

"A. User" is similar to "Anonymous User". One way or another, if you access the Internet from a common network where a bunch of people have the same gray IP address, then the following most likely happened: someone from this huge pile caught a virus, an attacker spammed the MS forum through this computer, profile the spammer was banned by IP, but that's bad luck: you have a common IP with him.
You need to write to them through the feedback form or whatever they have there, explain the situation and ask that the IP be unbanned.
