Does anyone use WSUS package publisher?

I distribute an adobe flash player update using WSUS package publisher. I take the update in the same place from the catalog. I approve it for a certain group of computers on WSUS. Everything is set up properly. There is one BUT. The update is installed only on computers that were already in this WSUS group at the time of approval. If the computer was added to the group later, then the update is not installed on it and writes "not applicable".

The adobe flash player update from the WSUS PP directory installs only on computers where the flash player used to be. It checks for the presence of the HKLM\Software\Classes\CLSID\{D27CDB6E-AE6D-11cf-96B8-444553540000} branch in the registry and checks that the installed version is less than the one it is about to install. If the conditions are not met, the computer gets the "not applicable" label. For a clean installation, you need to cut a separate update.

The update is not installed on a computer that has not been approved. What happens next doesn't matter. Remove the approval without uninstalling the update and install it again.
