Why won't the Cisco 7965 phone start?

There is a Cisco 7965 phone, when you turn it on, the screen lights up, then it goes out and the lights flash alternately on the right. I read the instructions for restoring the firmware, did a reset, raised the tftp server on the PC, all to no avail. Nothing appears on the screen. The fact that he is a worker is 100%, just yesterday they climbed into him with crooked hands. Tell me how to revive such a device?

Here's a lot of goodness on the sisco phones. jakondo.ru/nastrojka-vosstanovlenie-proshivka-tele... You need to completely erase all the firmware, and flash again, reset all settings.
It is necessary after a hard reset 3491672850*# to make a regular reset through 123456789*0# otherwise the device does not even get ip and does not try to get it. The 123456789*0# command is needed to initialize the firmware process, while 3491672850*# is used solely to format the internal flash memory and wait for the 123456789*0# command to start the flashing. After formatting the internal flash, wait until the speakerphone turns green, hold down # and when the line keys flash yellow, enter 123456789*0# and only in this case the body receives ip and climbs for the firmware on the tftp server. Here is such an undocumented feature.
