Recommend a SIP server (gateway) for receiving anonymous calls from the Internet

There is asterisk which works normally. It is closed on all sides by firewalls. The task is to receive several dozen calls per day from the Internet from different and unknown people and addresses and transfer them to a specific extension on asterisk.

Thinking about opensips || kamailio, but maybe there are other options? I don’t want to shoot sparrows from a cannon, what will happen if I use freeswitch or yate.

If you are considering freeswitch or yate, then you can consider the option with another asterisk

After all, you already have an asterisk, which means experience with its administration?
Well, put the second asterisk.
Several dozen calls a day is not a load.
Yes, the second running asterisk will probably take you up to several hundred megabytes of RAM (it depends on how much you remove unnecessary modules from it using modules.conf). The cost of this memory is ten bucks.
It makes sense to look at kamailio only if you need to use it as a softswitch for operator loads (at least hundreds of simultaneous calls).
