Why won't Photoshop open the file?

I drew for a long time in the same file, on the same PC, and today when I try to open my drawing (Everything is in PSD format and was done in the same flash file and on the same PC), I get the error "Unable to complete the request, the file is incompatible with this version of Photoshop," the message reads. How can you get your job back?
