When designing a layout, does the designer use Git?

Not with the git itself, because. how do you imagine that? Unless you store files of different versions, but you won’t be able to compare them (if you don’t dig into the binary code). Other editors have their own version control, such as Figma, or Avocode for psd. Then there seems to be no viewing / comparison of changes, only history.
