Why won't OwnCloud sync on a locked computer?

I use OwnCloud on a computer with 10 Debian XFCE. I set everything up, I'm happy with everything, except for one moment - OwnCloud synchronizes data only when the computer is not locked. When I leave work, I block the computer and that's it - any changes to files in the OwnCloud directories are ignored, and uploaded to the server only when I come to work and unlock the computer. I checked the settings and there is nothing there :(

No, it does not go into sleep or hibernation, it is available on the network both via ssh and via xrdp. There is something different here. As if the client stops working when blocked. Either this is done on the client side, or on the X side.
