Why won't my HP LaserJet Pro MFP M426 scan?

In the organization we have a printer with an ip address. Later we give it for repair, and for replacement we put the same printer, but with a different ip. When updating the data (we change the port ip in the control panel), it starts to be detected correctly on computers on the network and prints documents, but the hp scan program cannot find the scanner. Only a complete reinstallation of the printer drivers helps.
