Why do all printers in the office freeze?

Hello.
Faced a situation:
All week (5 days) at arbitrary moments (Every hour, every 5 minutes, once a day) all printers hang up.
Reboot saves.
All other devices (phones, laptops, PCs, etc.) behave normally.
What could be the reason ?
Of all the changes in the network, there was only the addition (on Monday) of a POE switch to power the camera.
The switch is connected according to all the rules, the cameras are connected to the port with POE, the port without POE is connected to the main switch.

See if you have multicast from cameras. And if it walks, then either disable it, or configure IGMP-snooping on the switches. Although the latter should be done. Well, the cameras would be in a separate isolated subnet and VLAN (although this will not help with multicast, just take it out of the router or setting up IGMP)
