Why won't Hyper-v start?

Good afternoon.
After stopping the server to connect the SSD drive and disconnecting the dvd drive and turning Hyper-v back on, the following error suddenly appeared:

If I try to stop the service, it tells me that dependent services are running and that's it:

the system writes in the logs

Cannot find description for event ID 12010 from source Microsoft-Windows-Hyper-V-Worker. The component that raised this event is not installed on this local computer or is corrupted. Install or repair the component on the local computer.
If the event originated on a different computer, you may need to save the displayed information with the event.
The following information has been added to the event:

I tried to turn off ssd back, re-plugging it into another port on the motherboard did not help.
The hyper-in itself is installed on a separate hard drive.
I don't understand, does he not like the IDE Controller?

@susnake

You, purely by chance, DVD-drive was not mounted inside virtualok? Unhook the DVD in the virtual machine config and try to start them again.
