Why traces on the monitor?

I welcome everyone! I recently bought such a monitor https://market.yandex.ru/product/10789625 Samsung 27'. I noticed one thing only when I put wallpaper with a gray background. Namely, on the right, there are weak traces left, from programs. Like "fingerprints" of images. For example, the top panel of Chrome, etc.
As far as I understand, the problem is in the monitor, not in the video signal, because. trace may remain even after rebooting Windows.
Maybe what settings need to be tweaked?
-Can it be because of the firewood on the monitor? I didn't install them.
-I wanted to change the monitor back in the early days to 28'. However, the store refused to replace it, allegedly seeing a “break” in the monitor leg (although there is no break there, c2n.me/3q3Fwvbthe photo even shows this notch, purely factory) and supposedly the cap of the leg is slightly moving away. It turns out that it is under warranty, too, or what does it turn out not to be replaced?

@susnake

I would go to the store and have a little fight with them about the return. Although they like to operate with the phrase "technically complex product."
What's the guarantee? "On the check" or normal? If on a check, then I think to hand it over, if they filled out a ticket, then in the sc they can fix it.
