It is worth checking the power supply. If it is not possible to log into the system in safe mode, then, probably, the problem will be solved only with the help of fixing the iron.

I had a similar experience when, when changing the thermal paste, a grain of sand got between the processor and the radiator. There was an oblique gap, and ... well, then it's clear.
