Automatic ungrouping of windows when monitors are turned off, how to fix it?

Welcome all.
There are 2 monitors. One is connected via hdmi. Second on vga (old 17shka). It has all sorts of graphics, statistics.
The computer works 24/7. At night, when I had already fallen asleep, both monitors go out and all the windows from the right monitor move down to the left one, i.e. when I drag the mouse, they come to life (no sleep or hibernation) and I have to drag all these windows again and align. Can they somehow be "glued" or why is this happening at all?
The main monitor for the system is of course the left monitor.
