Why the strange surge in traffic in Yandex.Metrica?

A couple of days ago, strange traffic appeared in the metric.
Apparently it is pouring from 3 different subnets. In IP addresses, it seems like only the first 2 numbers are constant, the rest are floating.
What is it, where does it come from and can there be problems with SEO?
If problems are possible, how to deal with it?

Well, you look in the logs for what it is, to fight with a simple blocking of three subnets
