Why such flawed fonts in Adobe Photoshop CS6 on MacOS Sierra?

The fonts are some kind of pixel, in other programs everything is fine. What is the problem?

old version, not optimized for retina.

Increase the size of the canvas (image), in place with it, the clarity of the font will increase.
In the screenshot, add two zeros to the height and width and you will see the difference)
