How to remove GarageBand from MacBook?

The following picture is in the storage (pictured), I can’t delete and find this GarageBand, which, most likely, appeared here after I made a copy of the iPhone. I already deleted the copy, but GarageBand still remained and I don’t know what to do with it, since I don’t need it on a laptop at all, especially its tools and lessons. I would be very grateful if you could help a noob solve this issue. Thank you!
