Why are programs not installed on a poppy?

Continuing the topic:
"15 days ago I installed a licensed photoshop from the site on a new poppy and accidentally installed the Russian version. Today I decided to remove it and replace it with the English one, and I deleted it using various cleaners like (ClenMyMac and AppCleaner). I go to the site to the site to download the trial version again, as a result, such a window pops up (I attach it), apparently I deleted something extra? How can I restore it now?
They advised me to install Adobe Application Manager, I downloaded it, installed it, the initialization window appears, it starts to load, and after 3 seconds take.ms/WIGFn disappears.
What should I do? Help out please, the project is on fire, Photoshop is urgently needed.

I would advise you to reinstall OS X and never install ClenMyMac again. If you are wondering why, you can read an approximate list of problems on the apple support site from users of such cleaners. There, from "The program does not load" to "The computer does not boot."
Macs work quite well without these "cleaners".
