Why Palit GTX760 hangs OS when loading?

Comrades, there is a Palit GTX 760, if you insert it into a computer without firewood (on a clean system), it produces an image with a low resolution (which is understandable). Monique 1680 * 1050, the maximum available resolution without firewood is 1600 * 1200 (holds). As soon as you install the drivers downloaded from Nvidia, or Windows firewood is loaded (win 10 64), after rebooting, Windows hangs at boot, as I understand it, at the moment of changing the video mode. When you try to boot with a lower resolution, Windows also hangs. It only boots in safe mode. QUESTION - the video card is dead, or can I do something?

Died with a 70% chance. Most likely, the chip has come off and therefore can only work in simple vesa modes.
