What video card to take for 5000 rubles?

Please advise a video card within 5000-6000 rubles. Mainly needed for CS:GO.
Processor: Intel Core i5
RAM: 4GB
PSU: 400W

Any. In the range up to 10k they are all about the same. You will play at medium, and not at low, as if you were taking a video card for 3k.
