Why OSPF routes are not exported to the main route table on Mikrotik CCR?

The essence of the problem: ospf p2p is raised between CCR and cisco 6500, cisca routes to CCR via OSPF arrive, are visible in LSA, are available in the OSPF table, everything is ok. But at the same time, these routes are not in the main routing table. Filters are disabled, there is connectivity, Mikrotik's tsiska processes routes as it should.
What could be the problem?
If you register a route on the network with static in the direction of the C6500, then everything works, but this is not correct

If you are sure that ospf is not determined by the presence of a ttl loop.
It often happens that they start to be tricky with filters, but they forget that ospf sends only update.
Disable all filters, and enable disable instanse ospf
