Mikrotik and setting up QoS for Transmission, how to implement?

Given:
MIKROTIK RB962UIGS-5HACT2HNT, normal home use, PPPoE internet access.
I want to implement the following scenario: torrent client traffic should have a minimum priority over any other type of traffic, i.e. cut the bandwidth in the presence of any type of traffic other than torrent. Any other traffic does not need to be prioritized.
One of the PCs is running transmission-daemon.
There is a "peer-socket-tos" parameter in its config. Possible values are "default", "lowcost", "throughput", "lowdelay" and "reliability".
1. Do I understand correctly that if you set a value, for example "lowcost", then you do not need to use /ip firewall mangle to mark traffic, because the daemon will mark traffic itself? And it will just have to be placed in the appropriate queue?
2. Simple Queues - sort of figured out how to configure, but did not understand if there is a possibility of dynamic control of the bandwidth. Are they suitable for my task?

The protocol uses udp, it makes no sense to configure qos for incoming udp traffic.

It seems like microt torrent traffic itself is not able to allocate, therefore, everything that is needed is usually marked and a high priority is set for this, but for something that does not fall under any rules above - low
