Why not add an ESXI 6.0 host to vCenter 5.1?

Is vCenter 5.1 in it two hosts as 5.1. Recently dug up one more server, on it ESXI 6.0. Began to transfer machines from one 5.1 to 6.0 through simple copying. But there is one ~500GB machine. I wanted to migrate it, but I can't connect host 6.0 to vCentr. Gives an error message. I can't figure out what's wrong.

You have a version incompatibility. Update vCenter.
