Why low FPS?
Hey bandits.
Gigabyte radeon rx 550 gaming 2gb card Playing
cs go game. FPS not higher than 40. on average.
Directories updated. Firewood is fresh.
There is no way to test on another PC.
Who will advise what?
Testing with a donut, the results are in the picture.
Although I saw the test with a donut FPS was more than 100FPS.

Amd athlon 64 x2 dual core processor 4400+

You have a very old processor.
Each game has its own requirements for a graphics card - Half life 2, for example, has much fewer of them than cs go.
And if in hl2 you will have 200 FPS - why should there be the same number in a game where the graphic requirements are completely different, and the video card needs to spend much more resources to render one frame?
The same with furmark - in fact, this is a program for fully loading a video card to check it under loads, and the FPS that it gives out has nothing to do with the FPS in any game.
But first of all, you need to think about the processor)
How much do you need?
Roll back firewood, press textures, turn resolutions, throw out percents (better together with vidyuhay).
Any option is better, but as a result, your monitor will not display these FPS =D
