How do I change the priority of turning on monitors?

There are 2 monitors. 21.5 FullHD connected via HDMI and 27 1440 connected via DisplayPort. The main monitor in Windows 10 is a monitor with a DP connection. After buying a new video card (RTX 3080), a funny glitch arose.
When loading the BIOS and OS, the monitor connected via HDMI becomes the main one, on the DP login window the monitor goes out, and the HDMI remains the main one. For everything to work properly, you need to turn off and turn on the DP monitor. Sometimes, mostly not during a reboot, but during a cold start, the DP monitor remains the main one.
Reinstalling the OS and flashing a new BIOS to the video card did not help.
Perhaps it is fixed in some other way?

I solved the problem by buying an HDMI - DP cable and connected 2 monitors to them in order of priority from right to left. Now the 27th monitor is considered the main one from the very beginning of the system initialization.
As far as I understand, HDMI is always a priority over DP when determining a monitor in new cards, the sequence of connecting cables does not change anything. Only video card developers can solve this by allowing the user to select priority ports at the card firmware level. Most likely the problem is fresh because I encountered it for the first time.
