Blue screen on Windows startup after power off?

When the system unit is disconnected from the power supply (for cleaning, moving to another location, etc. (not to be confused with a simple shutdown)) when turned on, it starts to hang after the Start Shindos stage.
As if by magic, sometimes it goes to the account login and after entering the password it starts still windu.
But as soon as I open the browser or start the game it freezes! (through BlueScreenView it was possible to find out that the video card was to blame) But damn it, everything worked fine until the power supply system was turned off !!!
Easy to start in safe mode.
I deleted the firewood on the vidyuhu through safe mode and the computer turned on quietly. I'm so OK, I put the firewood downloaded from the nVidia website and at the time of installation it freezes with the same blue screen.
I put the old video card and run into the same problem.
Somehow I managed to run the computer for 3 years (nothing special, it just turned on and did not freeze anymore), but this time I have been sitting for 2 days to no avail.
I bought an SSD, I thought I’d start from scratch with a new Windows, and when installing video card drivers on Windows 10, blue screens again and then won’t start Windows.
