Video card for 49 Samsung C49HG90DMI monitors. Which?

Good day forum users!
I’m looking for a monitor, somehow sunk into my soul or into my eye :) I’ve always “sat” on NVIDIA for as long as I can remember, but it seems that for the sake of this monitor I’m ready to switch to AMD :(
FreeSync technology is in the monitor, I didn’t find an analogue with GSync. Actually, the question is, Which of the boards from AND will pull this monitor. In technical support for Samsung, they answered spatially that there are no restrictions on the type :) and binding. But I assume that something serious is needed to pull such permissions.
The only thing that the support focused on was support for the following modes as mandatory
1, 3840x1080 at 120 Hz for HDMI port
2. 3840x1080 at 144 Hz for Display Port The
question is, what should I take for this monster for a comfortable game - Vega 56 or already 64
and will they pull it in one performance or do you need 2?
ps
There is a junior model of this monitor amsung C49J890DKI [LC49J890DKIXCI]. But that one is slightly worse than the characteristics and there is no FreeSync, an analogue with FSync, and as I understand it, the issue of a video card has already been given stupidly to the mores and desires of users. How much should you bother with these technologies (FreeSync, with GSync). They write like the difference is striking, but you can write a lot ...

One is definitely no good, even one RTX 2080TI for 100 kasari for gaming in 4k is no good, at least 2 x RX VEGA 64 and preferably 4re and on the water if you are going to play.
but I would still take a closer look at rtx (even though you have freesync), even purely because of raytracing.
