Which system unit should a designer choose to work with Adobe Photoshop CS6?

The designer needs a new computer, a budget of up to 25 thousand. Which is really better for Photoshop AMD or Intel? Nvidia or Radeon HD? please recommend a configuration, but preferably with the advantage of your configuration

Get an Intel processor. For example i5 2500K.
HDD of the required volume (per terabyte somewhere). And at least 60GB SSD for OS and Flash.
8 GB of RAM.
If the system unit is assembled from scratch, then select the PSU, case, motherboard.
If the money remains, already watch the video card. nVidia is more expensive but colder. But in general, the vidyuha is not particularly needed, the integrated one is more than enough. If there is not much money left, it is better to leave them until the time when they accumulate, and the need for a video card appears.

Photoshop needs memory, lots of memory. Definitely an SSD.

60 gigs of ssd for fsh and windu is very small.
For a hundred bucks, a 120 gig ssd is taken.
There really isn’t much memory, it’s better to take a mother on a hasvll for 4 holes under a frame with support for 32/64 gig,
for example, such hard.rozetka.com.ua/msi_b85m_g43/p281699/#tab=char...
stick 4x8 GB into it (16 I have not yet seen gigabytes)
some thread core i3 / i5, core i7 are very expensive.
the video card is not needed much, the on-board processor Intel with a head
remains a 600-800 watt power supply, and a large screw for a couple of terabytes - the source editor's girlfriend has less than 3-5 gigabytes, in principle, there are no more than 5 years old.
and the range between 1, 1.5 and 2 TB screws on the same socket is just ridiculous.
