Is there cloud access to Adobe software (like GFN for games)?

Good afternoon. In general, having a weak laptop, I can play modern games thanks to GFN at 60 fps.
Is there a similar service with pre-installed Adobe software for remote work on it. For a monthly subscription. I don’t want a new PC, I want to work by subscription on a remote computer, my Internet channel width is ~ 300mb. I'm sure there is such a service, but I can't find it.

There are no services from Adobe itself.
Services from third-party organizations did not meet.
However, I read somewhere that at the dawn of the gfn beta it was possible to work in applications like premiere or
After Effect. You send them the finished project and project materials, and they send you the calculated video material.
Finalizing: if I understand your question correctly, then in the current realities you need new hardware.
