Who and how, for what purpose, with what software together, how convenient and useful? What is this software capable of?

I tried it a couple of times, maybe the layout designers are kidding on it, I don’t know, the software for adaptive layout without looking at the code, connects to PS, imports layers from the psd layout (rename a bunch of layers beforehand) and it’s very scary and crooked, when working with this miracle, seizures periodically roll up fury. This is so that designers do not draw adaptive layouts for all screens in Flash, but figure out the percentages and write down the adaptive layout, and the output code is a bonus.
